In Louisiana, it is illegal to drive in your vehicle with an open container of alcohol. While this obviously includes beer, wine, and liquor bottles, this law also includes daiquiris. While you are able to obtain a daiquiri through a drive-thru, you cannot drive around with that container open. This means that the lid must remain on the container and the straw hole cannot be punctured. This would apply to all frozen drinks that contain alcohol.
